    I believe I know the car - Andrew and I have been seeing a black Maybach 62S on Illinois plates at the Ritz in Buckhead lately, and since R. Kelly's from Illinois, it's no stretch to assume it's his.

    A couple from this afternoon...

    Started with a Phantom on Piedmont, I was really surprised that this picture came out at all because it was going pretty fast in the other direction. Next was a Viper RT/10 pulling into the valet at Lenox and last was Chris' blue Murcielago at Phipps. One of my co workers came in today talking about a blue Lamborghini that was loud as crap and I just knew it had to be his. I also saw the yellow 430 Spyder with black rims that we see pretty regularly but he darted into the parking deck at Phipps and disappeared so no pics of that one. That's it from me for the day, I'm off to Woodstock...who knows, maybe I'll run into that Saleen S7 I've heard about!

    He's not a rapper, he's just a regular car guy like the rest of us. He may have other background that I am unaware of but I'm not sure.

    On a totally different note altogether....Does anybody know what's up with the different colors on the top of the King and Queen buildings in Sandy Springs? Most days they are lit up with a white light but on some occasions I have seen them lit up both green and blue. I was just wondering if they do it for any specific reason or if it's completely random.

    From yesterday:

    - silver Bentley Azure (old style) at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - black Bentley Continental GT Speed at Terminus valet.
    - silver Ferrari 575M at Fresh Market on Roswell and Wieuca. Here's a shot of it giving my car pointers on how to be faster. The 575M is my favorite 'obtainable' Ferrari and I'm so glad to see it, as it's been over two years since I saw one on the street.
    - dark blue Ferrari F355 Spider at BluePointe. Note that this is not the Florida car we often see, but a different Tour de France Blue 355.

    Just a few from the past 2 days...

    Yesterday was the same RT/10 at Lenox as on Friday and I also saw a black GT-R in the parking deck at Lenox as I was leaving. The owner was getting out of the car as I was taking the picture and he asked that I blank out the plate.

    Today was a Testarossa and 328 GTS together at the Ritz. The timing on this one was perfect because the Testarossa pulled in behind the 328 and they both disappeared into the gated parking lot as soon as I got done taking the picture. Also was Chris' Murcielago in Phipps' secondary valet.

    - the worst photo ever taken of a black Aston-Martin V8 Vantage pulling into Horseradish Grill on Powers Ferry.
    - gray Aston-Martin V8 Vantage on temporary plates at Lenox Road and GA-400.
    - silver Aston-Martin Vanquish S at BluePointe.
    - silver Audi R8 on Lenox near Piedmont.
    - yellow Ferrari 360 Spider on Peachtree at Piedmont.
    - red Ferrari F430 at New York Prime.

    Sunday February 15:
    - tan Bentley Arnage on Georgia plate QUAN at the Ritz in Buckhead.
    - yellow Ferrari F430 Spider on Florida plates and red Ferrari F430 on Montana plates together in a parking lot in Virginia Highland.

    Here's hoping you make it down a bit more often - the Diablo Roadster is an unbelievable sight!

    On Tuesday night, I caught the same black Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Florida plates at Terminus which Andrew saw - I didn't get the Ferrari though!

    Friday February 20, 2009
    - black Ferrari F430 Spider on Georgia plate FRONTIN at around 4am Friday night/Saturday morning on Lenox Road approaching Peachtree. Sorry for the poor photo.
    - blue Lamborghini Murcielago (now with white wheels) at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - silver Lotus Exige on Alabama plate WHEEZE on Peachtree near Lenox Road.

    Saturday February 21, 2009
    - black Aston-Martin DB9 Volante on Florida plates on Peachtree at Pharr Road.
    - gray Audi R8 at the car wash at Lenox Mall's valet.
    - white Audi R8 at a parking lot near Peachtree and Roswell Road.
    - red Dodge Viper SRT-10 on Georgia Tech plates on Peachtree between West Paces and Piedmont.
    - dark blue Ferrari F355 Spider on Florida "Imagine" plates at Peachtree and Piedmont.
    - black Ferrari F430 at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - red Ferrari F430 at Phipps Plaza valet.
    - red Ferrari F430 Spider on California plates on Lenox Road at Phipps Drive. This car's owner also has a black Ferrari 599 GTB and had a silver Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, all on California plates.
    - red Ferrari Testarossa on Peachtree near Lindebergh Drive.
    - blue Lamborghini Murcielago on Peachtree over GA-400; it subsequently spent the entire day at Lenox Mall's valet.

    Andrew, did you happen to catch the red 997 911 which was completely roped off at the Intercontinental? That was among the stranger things I've seen there.

    No I didn't see that, I had a long day at work yesterday and wasn't really paying attention on the drive home. I'm beginning to wonder what's going on at Intercontinental, first they sell the Phantom, we hardly ever see any cars parked in valet at all and now a roped off 911....seems a bit strange.

    Nah - I figured it wasn't worth the effort for what was clearly a pretty basic 997. Why - do you know something I don't about why it was there? :)

    It definitely is - the darker wheels are a very nice touch.

    My only spot today was a black Aston-Martin DB9 Volante turning into Lenox Mall.

    Mine from today...

    At Lenox....Gran Turismo S with the stupid 4.7 badge, NSX in general parking and a good looking Gallardo on temporary plates. Later on was a race car, probably from the SCCA event at Road Atlanta earlier today, I have no idea what it is though.

    Forgot one, I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it's an 8 series with a M badge on it

    I was wondering that myself. It's a gorgeous car - maybe if the rear wheels were on a slightly wider track, it would be perfect.
