    Some of the 95s were street cars that were converted into Challenge cars by the dealers. They may still be street legal as they had titles at one time. Depends on what you want: streetable Challenge car or a track car.

    Actually, almost all (if not every) 1995 355 CHs were converted street cars, IIRC. So they should have titles (or, I should say, had a title at some point in its life). I have a title to my '95 355 Ch.... :)
