Hey guys, I saw the article on the Toronto Owners blog about the I wish Ferrari event in '08. I did a google search and found the info for the 2009 edition.

I know of a flat white one that already has aftermarket exhaust fitted.

 

It looks like that Orange Gallardo doesn't have Ontario plates.

Gentlemen and ladies, I am provoked by this thread, and delighted to inform you all of my experiences with Sergio at Autoforum. I first met Sergio many many years ago about an Alfa when he was at Marinos. I was able to reintroduce myself to Sergio when I bought a 3.2 Mondial Cabriolet from Steve Maman in Montreal (and he's very highly recommended by me, btw), about 4 years ago. Sergio organised my trade and the Ferrari prep and delivery and certification for Ontario registration. Absolutely no complaints about Sergio. Those who know him will recognise a genuine character with whom one can actually enjoy the experience of doing a deal, and feeling you are being treated fair and square.

I was fortunate last year to buy my Chiaro Blue 412 also from Sergio. Again, we had fun arranging the deal, and again, I have no complaints. I am btw delighted with the car.

So imho and experience, I would not hesitate to have another deal with Sergio. He even allowed me to bring my sons to the showroom, where they were in awe with the cars, and were even allowed to sit in them and beam with smiles.

And while I'm on a roll, I cannot speak highly enough of Tom Bakowsky, who looks after both. He's great too. (Thanks Tom).

Seems it's easy to throw accusations around, and after reading some of them, I thought I'd like to tell you all of my own positive experiences for you to consider.

Well, I guess he wouldn't age for that time on the bike.

 

Haven't been on for a while, so excuse the tardiness on this one, but I couldn't help myself - had to comment. For the past 15 years +, I have had the rare opportunity to see both sides of Sergio's business/cars - I wouldn't think twice about buying a car from him. Sergio is always courteous and accomodating to everyone, unlike many salespeople in the exotic car business. He delivers a well prepared car with no surprises.

Hey ! - let us know when we can all drop by with our cars and see something intersting this spring - make sure the espresso machine is ready!
