Oh ****...... I still remember someone told me that it's a no brainer @ 3 bucks. What is happening? There seems to be no more logic, no more core value in many things. You guys heard about this Peter Schiff guy?
Wow, NSF can afford a Type R? Not bad. I've been working since 15 & can't even afford a GTR. aiiii Yep saw the white Z4, didn't know that it's a M! Anyway, you'll see more interesting cars next week when the doctors check-in.

hi all sifu, am going tru all the pics in my laptop taken by myself these few years and found this pic.. snapped on Nov2007 at Cameron Highland when I was collecting my 1st used italian 'sportscar' (just a normal coupe by F-car standard), a black Alfa Romeo GTV.. there were lambo, 360 #360, lotus, and AR156 SW GTA.. anyone here? Spotted a lot of F/L/M/P-cars outside AR/lotus/lambo showrooms when i went to the AR showroom most the saturday back in 2007 and early 2008 when i was staying at Boon Lay.. paiseh to go in lambo showroom to say hi.. Hope 1 day i can afford any of the F/L/M/P/Lotus-cars : ) Btw, how's the overall maintenance cost of 308/328 as compared to 348/355 (engine out timing belt job ~S$10k, full suspension ~S$6k) since timing belt change dun need engine out? cant reli find the info in 308/328 section.. pistole, chan here.. v busy recently? thx Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Chan, now I miss the smell of Cameron...... Are you looking 2 getting the F car in Singapore or Malaysia? 328 is very very rarely available here & most 308 were sold few years back & seems to have just vanished with the exception of one being advertise for big money over here. Well, come to think of it even 348s & 355s seem to have vanished too after some activity last year. I believe there are a few 355s etc available in KL now & I saw a red spider @ my carpark 2 weekends ago in MidValley.
That was the ES drive in 2007 SG>Penang>Cameron>SG in 3 days Supposed to be lotus annual drive and I was the only lotus...
There are two Testarossas for sale in KL if you're interested One in Sunway (Lambo center) and another one (which is advertised on MotorTrader for RM239k) is on old Klang road..
well i count myself lucky to be driving a type r at my age, obviously i cant support a type r myself with $400 a month!.......haha you cant afford a GTR?come on!you gotta be kidding. well lets look forward to next week, should be an interesting one!
I've put on abt 15k km in the 1.5 years I have had it 4 oil changes 300-500 each time 3 sets of pads $400 each time Alignment $80 New tires $1000 Lotus Elise are dirt cheap to main compared to the rest of my cars
Jon, haha.. u miss the nice juicy strawberry huh.. looking for the F in Malaysia but not now, maybe in 3-5 years time, cant afford 1 in Singapore.. u still have the 348, MB & blue 911? (based on what I read in the fist 200 pages in this topic).. still have a lot more pages to cover.. good for reading while waiting for the retrenchment name list next friday :( >1200 pages, u guys really ON!!! Yah.. there are still many 348/355 in Malaysia.. I see them quite often for sale at motortrader malaysia.. there is one 328GTS for sale recently, >rm200k.. tempted.. hows the maintenance of 308/328? Fong, oic.. your sports racer is really nice!! one and only in Singapore.. drrrooolll all the way when i saw your elise at cameron.. working very hard now to get elise s1 this/next year.. hope the market pick up asap, burn both my hand : (
Yeah. Ran out of moolah for a GTR but then I think I'm very lucky not to have it earlier on. Hello, the strawberries there are tiny. Not red & definitely not very juicey unless I went to the wrong orchard! Come to think of it, Malaysia has many nice destinations to drive to. I'm looking forward to visiting the National park this year & do some river rafting. Also heard of many scenic routes to drive on. 348 no more. 911 has grown a little & turned darker blue, MB has become BM. Hmmm the analogies are still more or less the same. 30/28s are supposed to be quite light on maintenance. You can even do the belt job in your backyard while most parts are cheap but they are old so get ready to change all weather seals, bearings, hoses & electrical items. Someone sells an upgraded fuse box here & the late 328s have ABS. The engine & gearbox are pretty bulletproof from what I hear. You can convert it to EFI, ITB or even carbs!
