Yes, anyone can play that is a user on FerrariChat.com. I think you need to register your account first and then you can join the FerrariChat.com league.
I can't figure out how to register first. It keeps asking for a user name and password; but is not asking to register.

I recived an email today from f1 tipping stating that I didnt submit my tips for this weeks race, I was concerned for a minute that the race is tomorrow.
Friday around 8:00 PM Eastern. When you log in you see in the top right corner, a small box that reads "Tipping closes in" and then you see the days and hours you have left.
