I think its a bit stupid on his part because he could have got a residency in Monaco or another tax haven.
I hope she gets only a tiny bit. Here is why: I want her to get so mad at Bernie, that she picks a ghostwriter (me!) to write the tell-all book. If she gets half his fortune, I bet there would be some clause attached to keep her mouth shut.
