Like everyone said...

Well I read the forums religiously, almost bought 3 different cars, was careful with PPIs, bought my first ferrari (98 456) in Nov, 10 weekend drives and the car is now in limp mode, at the shop with CHECK ENGINE on =) Will keep you updated, happened right after i washed it. Not for the faint of heart as many of you have said but i wouldn't trade the feeling of getting into that car for anything.

 

Where/who does your service J?

 

of course you didn't spray the engine on that wash

First service, PPI was done up in San Luis Obispo, brought the car to evosport in huntington beach.

Hood was close when washing =)

 

John, was this an ISImports/Smith Volvo car? Did the same people do the PPI as sold you the car?

 

Yup, it was done at Smith Volvo, actually bought from Autosports International, super small dealership,really seems like a one man show but the car looked good, passed PPI and had records so...

car was being kept up in SLO, test drove it up there, had it inspected up there and the flat bedded down here.
