    Some of you may remember a thread i created two years ago about my dog Clyde passing away, well i received a lot of support from you guys in particular PeterS, Pete PM,d me saying the best thing to do was to get another dog, at the time i was heartbroken and the thought of another dog was unbearable.

    Anyway two years later and i still miss Clyde but i also missed the interaction between a man and his dog, so upon seeing an advert for puppies for sale i thought i could just have a look what harm could it do? well an hour later i was on my way home a couple of hundred pounds worst off but with a new best friend :)

    His name is Bailey and he has really livened up our house:)

    just remember they piss on your bed because they love you, urine to them is a sign of adorement. That is why they piss where they sleep alot of time, it is a sign of territory. just keep telling your self that on your way to the cleaners to have your comforter washed.

    So how come when my dog used to piss in my bed I'd wake up soaked in urine and she'd be laying at the foot of the bed high and dry? She was so self sacrificing she didn't want to share the love? (She stopped pissing in the bed as soon as we got her a ramp to get out.)

    Adorable! I'm sure it will get all the love and attention you gave to Clyde. If you do not have a wire crate, you need to get one ASAP. That will be your potty training tool, as the pup will sleep there and be taken outside to do it's duty (It will no 'go' in the crate) before bedtime and in the morning.

    With the Border Collie mix, let us know if it nips at your feet when you walk around the house. My heeler does that and it's a riot (and annoying!). Thanks for posting the pic's and have fun with that little scamp:)
