Passing through the Ferrari dealer this morning and saw a 1985 Mondial for sale for $39,990 (see this link) with 169,231km on the clock!!! Didn't have a good look but the on a brief walk around it looked in great condition to me and it certainly wasn't obvious that it had covered such a distance Inside the showroom was also a 430 Scud - the tyres told the story that the previous owner enjoyed it A LOT!!! And its interior even makes my Elise look luxurious (well - nearly ).
The seller is a really nice guy. The top left pic - that's the front yard of his house. It's a gated community too - lucky bugger.
Why on earth does living in a 'gated community' make him a lucky bugger? People forget 'gated communities' started out to protect people in high crime areas like RSA - no idea why anyone thinks we need them in Australia. I've just won agreement from our Body Corporate to remove the electronic locking from the perimeter of our building!
we have a dingo fence to separate Brissy from the GC ..... the Brisvegas dudes have to hand their passports in before coming to the real world
I made it through. He is. A few pics of the 360 on my site and been lucky enough to ride in his Diablo and Countach on an FCA run before, one or both of which are also for sale?
nothing is foolproof there's suppose to be no rabbits up here either but it seems funny that the neighbours have one
Sigh.... first of all, I was calling him lucky bugger for his front yard - that's the kind of front yard to have. And regarding the gated community, Perth as a whole is a high crime area. Where he lives, that's the only gated community in Perth that I am aware of, and it's a REALLY nice place to live.
