I am planning to get together with some friends at a bar/restaurant in NYC to watch the first race of the season. Time: 1:30AM on the 29th of March (we plan on having some food and drinks prior to the start of the race Place: Will be finalizing this in the next couple of days (in terms of head count and reservation) If anyone is interested in joining, let me know. Hey guys, Looking forward to seeing you there. It's a great atmosphere, passionate people from all over the world (last year at one race we had 40 different nationalities!) and plenty of TV screens. Good food, but not sure what time the kitchen closes. I think Matt (the owner) may have a modified menu for later, but not 100% sure so don't quote me on that! You won't miss us! There's about 60+ fans going and we'll pretty much take over the whole pub. Less than a week to go know...can't wait!!
Anyone want to fly me to NYC? I'll probably end up watching it on TV and chatting online here. I'll definitely grab a beer to make it like a pub tho....
