    you are correct it was about 90% of all cars in BH. Beemers, Benz, Jag, you name it NO plates!

    well the biggest reason with no plates is because of all the traffic cams in town..not just BH but west hollywood,west la etc....no plates...no worries!!

    Legally all california cars should have a front and rear license plate. But a lot the high end cars dont run plates and they dont get much attention from the cops unless they did something else in the first place.
