I would like to get everybody's opinion. Build quality and reliability, ENZO or CGT.

I'm sure a search will point to threads just like this one. As for build quality high end cars from Porsche seem solid and I can't imagine Ferrari using crap parts to make their Enzo, so....

    I like driving topless but...

look at how the Enzo has appreciated in value...over a million!

CGT hasn't done so well. the market has spoken.

I don't think the market of super cars is determined by build quality. Desirability would reign supreme there I believe.

These are qualities I look for in a daily driver, not an exotic supercar.

    Reliability? Who cares.

CGT, better looks and sound. Therefore it is the winner.

CGT looks like a dog's breakfast compared to an Enzo in my opinion. Moot point. They do not compete any more. You can get two (maybe three) CGTs for the same amount of money as an Enzo.

959- Post your question in the Super Ferraris thread and you might get an opinion from someone who owns both or has driven both. Are you honestly comparison-shopping a CGT and an Enzo?

Having over a million to spend on a car, it would be, without any doubt, a Mc Laren F1.

Back to your question, I would test drive them and take my decision after.

A million would buy you a lot of things, but unfortunately not a Mclaren F1.

Having driven both IMO they are totally different. I like the Enzo much better but why anyone would care what anyone else thinks is beyond me.

    I wonder...

If there were only ~400 Carrera GTs, would the market price spread be so great? There are 3X as many CGTs as Enzos, and Enzos bring around 3X the price...

well... if you're wondering, go with the CGT and pocket $1mil or get a CGT + your 3rd, 4th, and 5th favorite cars!

Tell that to the guy in Florida who just sent me some sticky, gooey interior parts to refinish for his Enzo...

Ummm, don't ask me how I know this - but have you ever heard a CGT and an Enzo run at close range within five minutes of one another?

There is simply no comparison. The almighty Twelve cylinders rule.

That is the reason why I wrote OVER a million!

I also wonder how much we could lower the asking price of a Mc Laren F1 in today's economy ...

And my second choice, like Pantera suggested, would also fall on a Pagani Zonda!

    Cheers!
