if i understand correctly, the factory is done producing F430's, Scuderia's will end in model year 2009 and if the past is any indicator, the 430 Spider will run til 2010.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this sounds similar to the last year of the 360 Modena production where 2005 were all Spiders, and '04 was the last year of coupes.

There are definitely 09 430's being built still. Just had a black on red spider 6spd come in with a Scuderia and a 16M.

The base MSRP is $199,054 plus $350 Preparation and Delivery or $199,404 total before options. After options, you will need to add freight or Destination Charges which is another $2000. In total $201,404 delivered without any options. Got this off my sticker for 2009 coupe which I purchased. Something like 35 coupes will be built for North America from what the dealer told me. If you really need a new 2009 coupe better grab one if you can find one. The Scud is the same as the coupe only on steroids. The Scud is not for everyone as it is suited for individuals who want pure performance at the cost of some luxury. I had a 360 and a stradalle, both great cars but very different approaches. Good luck as I sure you can find whatever you prefer in this market.

Forget about an 09 430 and find a low mile stradale for under 200k. It will hold it's value better and more fun to drive. Plus it looks tough.

Based on the sticker for mine, all is correct above. Also, was told of similar numbers for F430 2009 production and the number to be imported into US. I understand all have been built--and most, if not all, already shipped. (Build date for mine was late Oct/early Nov with late Jan delivery).

As noted, its a different car than a Scud--and for some, a more perfect "sports car" for their needs. Certainly nothing wrong with a Scud--absolutely great car, but its much, much more focused towards "track use".

Honestly, its a matter of horses for courses but you won't be disappointed with either one. (BTW: a couple of very simple mods--not difficult and not warranty threatening--can raise the hp on a standard F430 coupe by 12-15.) Also, in 09 on the F430 coupe, you already get the big carbon ceramics and a damn loud sound from the regular exhausts. To that , you can add a bit of style with carbon rear and an odd bit or two inside. But you can't get the new super fast gear box and special diff--and of course, you still weigh in over the Scud by about 100 kgs.)

No matter, you'll love them both! Enjoy.

Just want to confirm, for MY09 coupe, the CarbonCeramic Brakes is standard with MSRP of $200K?
Is this only started in MY09 or when CCB is std on the F430 coupe?
