So you took my post as a Ferrari bash, eh? I think the new F450 looks awesome, and I think the Lotus Exige looks awesome. Didn't mean to derride Ferrari, by associating it with the rif raf. I am a Ferrari owner, and not a Lotus owner (yet), but in either case am pro rif raf.

A bit of the Pagani Zonda in there too. Love Italian curves.

From the overall proportions I have the feeling that this isn't a one-off like the 430 allegedly styled for a Chinese businessman that was around some months ago. The overall shape is too different. That being said, I too like it! WAY better than the California, although we might see California styling clues at the rear end, which I'm not really looking forward to.

Good question......Obviously, Im into performance. The 360 is better looking than the 430 but I drive a 430 because it's the latest and greatest in terms of performance. Ive been on the fence as to wether I should get the Scud or wait for the replacement of the 430. After seeing that pic Im a little let down, but who knows how close that pic is to reality.

Given the choice between performance I will always lean towards performance but at this level of car I dont think driving a Scud will be a let down.
Maybe I'll get the Scud and wait for the Spider version of the new car? Who knows? I love them all!

I like the curves. The wheels are too R8ish.

If it looks like the rendering I would be tempted back from the lambo side.
Call me stupid but I could not buy a 430 after having a 360. The 430 is far advanced in performance and handling but I just liked the 360 styling better. This on the other hand exites me.

While I love curves, I'm not drooling over this picture. I just looks ok.

I would hope not if I were in the market for the 430's replacement.

Being that I am not, I know this will only increase the value of my 355 Berlinetta.

Back end leaves me drooling, front end leaves me wanting more(was hoping there would be a further detachment from the 360/430 front end styling). But this is only based on that picture...hard to judge until it is officially released.

FoW manager today told me 18 months before first deliveries here. I've a deposit on the F430 replacement since March 2008. If what autoexpress and the link below show are the real deal, then I want my money back.

It reminds of another manufacturer's concept car of the past, I can't remember which one though.
