    Anyone try a Borla on their Testarossa? How do they sound?

    The build quality is very blacksmith like. Crude would be a gross understatement.

    Tubi and Xost both beat it by a wide margin in quality, looks and performance. Depending on the laws in you area the precat and main cat replacement pipes from Hyperflow in combination with either of the mufflers I mentioned will give you a noticeable power boost right down to low RPM and a great sound.

    Buy quality, you will not be sorry.

    Hyperflow & X-ost. I dont even know what kind of sound system is in my TR. Love the sound of that exaust system :)

    I had a Borla on my old TR, and it sounded GREAT. As Rifledriver says...the build quality wasn't the best, welds tend to break, etc.

    Going from a factory stock system to the Borla - I did notice an improvement in performance. But as has been mentioned, the newer aftermarket systems are probably better in all areas.

    I have a Fuchs with the racing option. At idol it is very grumbly, almost truck like, under acceleration it is the closest to a V12 of the 70's. It reminds me of my days in my fathers Daytona. The look and build quality is just as you would expect from the Germans.
