Hello all, looking for a Azuro Hyperion (metallic blue) 365GTC/4. Am aware of Sheehans (red), Fantasy Junctions (red), Sports Car Companys (Silver)(Red), and Motorcars of Las Vegas (red). Any help greatly appreciated....oh, saw the one in fml that rpm has, but I believe $120k is a bit steep..looked on the 365 forum site, but nothing there..

thanks in advance for any suggestions...

If it is still available, there's one for sale at Dave Olympi Automobiles www.daveolimpiautomobiles.com ...the exact color you want. The car is well worth the asking price. Owner is a member of TomYang.net Good luck. w/ smiles Jimmy

Sounds like a bit of deceptive marketing to create the image that he deals in vintage Ferraris.

I guess this is good news. The cars were for sale, at least for a short time, late last year. I guess the reason for the listing has gone away - I'm glad to hear it!

    Regards,

    Art S.

Not true. I know Michael the owner and he was selling a few of his cars late last year. I assumed that they were still for sale. He must have changed his mind. His blue C4 was profiled in the latest Forza or Cavellino magazine along with a red Daytona for comparison. His C4 is a beautiful car. He is not a car dealer, but is a very fastidious owner and is well known in the vintage Ferrari world.

Very nice colour for a GTC/4, I must say. The one that is-for-sale-but-really-not looks very nice. All tools and books.

    Good luck with your hunt!

think he was talking about Dave...anyway, it is a beautiful C4 and I'm hoping to work something out. I have read the Forza article along with a couple M wrote on Tom Yangs site regarding the C4. Would be a honor to own such a example, hopefully I will..

appreciate it JazzyO...believe the owner is like most of us...it's no fun to mess with selling something, much less something you have poured your heart into...so we'll see what happens.

just had a fellow f-chatter send me a pm and offer to sell me the "targa" gtc4 that Keith has up at Copley Motorcars for a mere "low 80's" figure..that sure was thoughtful....his website says "some vehicles not on site" no s**t.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1972-Ferrari-365-GTC-4-custom-Targa-top_W0QQitemZ160323826564QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Cars_Trucks?hash=item160323826564&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

just trying to find a nice example that's been cared for and loved...oh, that and someone that actually wants to sell..

Ok, now you're just being picky.

Beautiful color for that car. You might have to consider buying one and having it painted.

This one has been critiqued extensively elsewhere here in the vintage forum. The targa modification is the least of its sins with my favorite being the rear seat that looks like a "pimp's backseat".

that's the one....I guess I was being offered the "fchat" markup of 30k..what a nice guy--should post his name but already erased the pm. Again, another "dealer" posting a car on a website they don't have anything to do with! I'm 2 for 2 regarding C4's...about to give up and just keep the Boxer!

reaching that conclusion...Sheehan has a red/black with mouse fur, tools, books, great ownership history..seems like nice example..could be priced well enough to do a color change..thanks for the input Alberto.
