    So, I was trying to check F-chat today on the Iphone and it's been blocked by the ATT or Apple police. Anyone know a way around this?

    Just checked on my iphone and it seems to be working fine. What error are you getting?

    blocked by "sonicwall content filter service".

    Reason for obstruction: Forbidden category "chat/Instant Messaging (IM)"

    It worked for about 2 months and then today.... this!

    Posting from my iPhone. The 3G doesn't seem to have an issue. Are you maybe connecting via wifi?

    I got home and it worked again. So, it looks like it was a false alarm. It must have been blocked for some reason at work but it isn't blocked on my PC. Strange.

    Sorry about that!

    Not strange at all. A lot of work places block chat and im sites for security reasons. It all depends on the keywords or meta tags embedded on the site for search purposes.

    Correct. That's why I was asking if he was connecting via WiFi. The native ATT 3G connection should bypass any work filters.
