Didn't know that dope Wil Castro was now in the car selling business; I'm sure Lebron got screwed on the deal. I hear Wil Castro is doing everything he can to steal business from Claus Ettensberger at CEC since Castro closed his NYC shop and moved it to Miami. I may be wrong, but I think they're two different types of clients, anyone who goes to Wil Castro are your typical "posers", whereas Claus draws more of an enthusiast client, just making purely an outsider view not knowing either one of this guys.

 

Sorry, 24 year old Lebron James, earning $40 million a year, on pace to be a billionaire before he retires from the sport, and touted to be one of the greatest NBA players in history is a poser how exactly?

 

Don't know much about his business stuff....but I do know that show makes me cringe! I wish someone could explain what it all means!

calm down guys, I'm not calling James a poser, my main residence is in Cleveland of course I appreciate the guy's talent and like most basketball players they love cars, James has 12 at last count. The use of the word "poser" was used because it appears to me at least by watching the Unique Whips show that many of their main clientele is into bling and are not enthusiasts per se. To them having 24" rims is equivalent to a diamond medallion around their neck, its just another form of jewlery. It wouldn't surprise me if CEC gets those clients too, but seems to be less bling oriented. I heard on another board that there is in fact a battle for clients right now between these shops and we'll find out in the near future if there is a winner, loser or both will survive. Like I mentioned I don't know either guy from a hole in the wall, my gut tells me that Unique workmanship is not great, but I don't think I'm alone out there.

I liked how he reacted to the 599. If Lebron is the guy in blue, he looked almost surprised. That 599 apparently is pocket changes for him but it still managed to make him look like a kid in a candy store. Great for him !

 

I don't think LJ brought it, I think the car was given to him for the short time in Miami to cruise around.

Another 599 in cleveland! Everybody in cleveland has one theres 4 in my neighborhood. I hope it dosent come home with 22's. There are hundreds of pepole that screw up cars lets hope" WILL DOPE BOY CASTRO" keeps his hands off this one.
