I drove one once. I thought it was like a Bedford truck which was very disappointing as it was my first V12 that I had ever driven. It was Mike Oldfield's (of Tubular Bells fame) old car, which was the most interesting thing about it. The car was in very poor nick at the time (since restored) which probably didn't help.
No idea; but I would guess around $150k Oz? Back when I drove the OHOS the ask was $35k and I wouldn't have offered $10k. I think it must have been circa 1984?
Condition is all important with any old car - how often do people check things like tie rod ends, suspension bushes and even tyres. Some cars on the V12 weekend had fairly old/average XWXs fitted - which I would be nervous travelling on. I'm sure you could see the same thing at a Bentley Drinkers Club rally too. Regular maintenance is the key to any older car. On things like WO Bentleys a surprising amount of stuff is adjustable, so if someone doesn't adjust things properly, they can really drive badly. If they are adjusted & tuned properly they are a different car altogether.

PP in the GT4, the only spaghetti car with enough room to fit all the droppages btw my Brabham picture turned up yesterday and Troy ran into his mum saying "dad's picture from the GP is here mum !!" all the training in the world didn't help
not much as she is an F1 fan as well but I asked Troy what did Scott and I tell you at the GP , and all he said was "oops" kids, dumb as, and boys in particular ..... at least now it can be put in a nice spot instead of hiding in the garage
can you take a pic of that Enzo picture you got made up ? I really liked that photo as it shows Enzo in a whimsical mood I have put the Brabham frame in the office, now need to redo the office
