A big thanks to "ThePartsGuy" for giving my friend and I an up close look at the blue 16M in Continental Auto sport's storage facility. I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful Ferraris I have ever seen. The color is fantastic, the blue stitching on tan leather looks great, and having sat in the car, incredibly comfortable. The sound of the car is incredible, I have a video that I'll post later.

    Dan

Car looks great and your pictures are doing it justice.

You're one hell of a great photographer!

I wonder how long until we see one of your shots on the cover of a magazine...;)

wow, thanks for posting the pics! makes me retract my thoughts about a 'Scuderia Spider'! nice color combo too, refreshing to look at a non-Rossa Corsa car.

    Two questions~

    1) Where is AutoSports storage facility located?

    2) Why is this car in a storage facility? (and not sold)

    Thanks

    Hello,

Another F-Chat member PM'ed me on this and I now realize that this was an innapropriate question to ask. AutoSports storage facility information isn't something I should be previed to. I e-mailed F Chat requesting my post (#10) be deleted but haven't received a response yet.

My apologies to Continental for intruding on this. I should have, and next time will ask such questions directly to the dealership, not via F-Chat.

    Sincerely,

    Joseph.

    Its ok Joe

Its a hidden off site facility, like the bat cave.
I made sure they were blindfolded on the way there then
I made sure Dan and his entorage signed a confidentiality agreement as to the whereabouts of the joint.
Then I flashed with the mind eraser like in Men In Black...just to be safe.

It left him with his photography skills and his knowledge and passion for exotics and luxury cars and nothing else.

See you all at CONTINENTAL AUTOSPORTS for the ARTS AND LITERATURE SHOW on APRIL 25TH!!!!

I'm proud to say, that I was once in that Bat Cave. Entrance was tricky: I had to go into a phone booth and deposit a quarter, then a hidden wall door slid open. Oh wait, no, that was the exit from the safe house in Milwaukee. I'm all confused. :)

Dan has a good eye, good technical skill, and enthusiasm for his subjects - KUDOS!

There is no doubt that Dan's photography can make it into magazines.

Please please learn how to spell 'entourage'!

Where were you in the past 8 years? When we had a president who didn't know how the word nuclear is pronounced?

But then again this a region where it seems perfectly fine to pronounce Notre Dame the way people do. I remember once being in an elevator and some teenager walked in with a Notre Dame t-shirt and I commented that I love that church. Folks looked at me in bewilderment. Only later did I realize that wasn't a souvenir from Paris...

<stepping off my trans cultural soap box now>

No excuse, spell check or not. Modern technology is stifling the learning process for today's youth; how many 'youngsters' today can do a mathematical computation without using a calculator; I presume not many?

Not singling you out Carsleuth; you're a good kid and I respect you. I'm just saying that education today revolves around how to use machines to solve problems; not about using one's brain!
