"North Central" spotters thread

That looks like it was a great time.

 

Very unique spot, it was driving down Stadium before the East Mich vs West Mich game in Kalamazoo. Didnt have time for my camera as I was walking, but I could hear it long after I could see it. 911's turn heads around here, never have seen a C GT on the road. Incredible auto.

 

I guess that's the bad thing about being in the "North Central" part of the US...when it gets cold and bad weather, all the nice cars go bye-bye. Just for fun, here's a few I've taken in Kentucky, during the summer:

Don't know for sure but I will keep my eye out if I can chase him down.

 

Man I didn't realize Louisville had such nice cars. Last time I was there I saw a Viper and a Bentley GT, and this time, I saw these two beauties (sitting about 20 yard from each other. This was at the end of 4th street)...

Spotted on Saturday....

Red 400i heading North on I 69 in Indy just north of 116th St. around 3 or 3:30ish. I was heading down to Louisville for a quick visit to some friends and spotted it coming quite a ways down the road, but not enough time to get the camera phone ready...

Wish I could have heard it...it stayed parked the whole time I was there. I'm definitely gonna keep an eye out for it next time I'm in Louisville.

Never "stopped" between 08-09... nice cars when the weather is nice. Mid April will have more nice cars for certain.

 

Red SuperAmerica at Ocean Prime today, and possibly a ZR1.

 

Great spot. I love the SuperAmerica. Would kill to see one around Michigan.

There's an F40 in the service area of Cauley. So far that's the only place I've seen one so far.

 

Lol. We all rely on you Louis. Your the only one who can actually find the cars in this depressing state!

Hahaha, well I'm in East Lansing until early May (last nice car I saw here was a Viper SRT10 in September), so someone's gonna have to give me a hand here!

 

Lol. I went up north for a few days this week. Driving through Birmingham and came up with quite a few spots.

x1 Aston Martin V8 Vantage
x1 Lotus Elise

Couldnt get any decents shots of most. I got good pictures of the Elise. The rear half of an R8, front end of a Vantage. You get the picture lol. I did stop by Cauley for a few minutes. They had a 360 Modena, 599GTB, and 612 all sitting outside the garage. I got a few shots. Wow the 599 and 612 looked good, ball-polished Challenges', but Crema interior! They both need to be Black/Black. I didnt see an F40 in the Service Center. There was a 550, F430, and 575. Didnt get a good look, just a drive by. They have a kickass Giallo Modena Scuderia sitting inside with no stripes! Looked awesome. If im not mistaken, I saw a Giallo Modena 16M? I drove by quickly. I think its sitting in the showroom.

Yep, you're right about the 16M. When I went it was in the rear showroom. Yellow with black stripe. Gorgeous car! Anyone know how many have been built or how many they're planning on building?

 

Not sure on how many have been built so far, but I think they are building 499.
