Hi everybody I am looking for used seatbelts! The ones that you would throw out anyway.... Only the belt itself and maybe the buckles. I will use them in a creative way, for gift for my family and friends......... A way of making my life less boring as a retired person Unfortunately I cannot pay you for them. This is an idea I will live out, only if I am lucky that you will help me I know it's a lot to ask. Thanks in advance
Try a junkyard... A seatbelt that has been through a crash is probably worthless, since it would need to be replaced.... so maybe you could get them from the junkyard for free considering they are essentially worthless to them?
Hello Tina. Does it matter if the belts are wider than a normal car seatbelt?? I can get some seatbelts from work, but they are around 100mm wide. Is that ok?? I can get ya new ones too if you like? Let me know. Cheers Pap.
I will try that too But most seatbelts around here are standard black. IF we could be lucky to find other colors etc that would be great. Maybe some with commercials etc...
Hiiiii Pap Good to see you! 100mm wide is okay too We have a few ideas that we will try out, my daughter (15) and I New or used will be fine, as we will shorten them in lenght and sew in them... Hope you and Nicole are fine
Heeeeeeeeeey girl! PM me your address if you like Tina and I will get you some and post out asap! They only come in black though, hope thats ok. Nicole and I have been going great thankyou!
Weee sounds great Pap Black is fine indeed! We are bubbling with ideas here!! To all you others out there... We can still use more and both in different colors and sizes....
Quick question Tina, do you want the belt AND the buckle?? You dont need all the mechanism do you?? You just need the belt itself?? Do you need a working buckle too?
No only the belts and maybe the thingy you put IN the locking mechanism. The rest we can't use hmm maybe the buckle could be fun too... but it's the belts that are important!
Don't send away all your seat belt webbing. Do that and you'll have nothing to keep your trousers up come wedding day.
