#4, and I didn't check the miles. This car was signed by Ms. Hurst
In celebration of this 501st post in this thread... :D

the 1953 Supercharged Corvette, a rare "One of Two" car that was originally intended to pep up the not so powerful straight 6 in the 1st generation Corvette. The project was stillborn when GM created the legendary Small Block V8, and released it in the 1955 Corvette

28 Hi Res images Here at Nthimage

Also, we have the Pratt Miller C6 RS on the other end of the spectrum. 500 Cubic inches, Carbon Fiber body, and well over 600 BHP. It is capable of hitting 200 MPH + It is a supercar Corvette completely.

    Ditto.

Issac, how did he come to find a "one of two" car like that? I would expect GM to have that one locked up in a secret vault someplace!

I'm not sure where the other one is; but when you have a good friend in Warner Meyer; whom the NCRS send their questions to... you tend to find more "interesting" older 'vettes. He bought it from a current, or former USAF test pilot out west; as pictured below.

The other interesting Corvettes he has are the Greenwood GT, the 1954 Styling Corvette (took an award at Amelia Island this year), and the 1990 Rick Mears ZR1.

That is cool. Speaking of the NCRS, I still carry member #1050 or something close to that since 1974. There are now a zillion members, so I have been around long enough to have missed some great cars. Like a 63 big tank fuelie at our neighbor's cabin in the weeds. $1200 bucks was rediculous money for that one.

    sheesh! If only!

Ken's been looking for a big-tank 63' Z06... Turns out the one he had found (didn't buy) was a clone ~unbeknownst to it's owner.

Doesn't Ken also have a Marlboro Corvette? A friend of mine has the only spare set of Boyd wheels made for those cars.

Ah. I didn't realize that's what they were called. Were those given away by Marlboro in a promotion in '91?

I'm pretty sure the car is a 1990 model; with the custom body work by one of the in-house GM engineers... I can't remember his name, but I believe he was of asian decent. Some material is stating 1989 as it's MY, others as a 1991 on the web. We all know how accurate the web is. Apparently, the car was a prize of some kind.

I figured the ZR1s were given away in '91, because the '91 Marlboro Syclones (also done by Shinoda) were given away in '92.
