Fujimi Mclaren MP4/6 Japan in 1/20th and the Ferrari Dino 206 in 1/24th. The F1 car is full detail. I think the Dino is curbside. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2009 model contest-Chicago April 25th 2009 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

The late 206S motors looks sort of like the 246 motor from the top, but the engine bay and gearbox are all different. It would require alot of scratch building to do it right. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2009-Chicago April 25th 2009
I would also like to get one ! I found a number going with the Fujimi model at a pre-order session 12363 : Ferrari Dino 206 Competizione. There was also a 365 GT4 40 Years Anniversary (12365) and 599 w/Photo Etched Parts (12366) Hope it helps course I can not find a box art yet.
I will have the testshot of the Fisher Ferrari P2 365 "White Elephant" on display at Ferrari Expo. Paul Fisher is still waiting for decals for the P2 kit, so its not out yet. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2009 model contest-Chicago April 25th 2009

They are the same company. Since Hiro does almost all of the resin models made in Japan I guess you could call them all Hiro's. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2009 model contest and art/photography display-Chicago April 25th 2009
Whell this would be it then. The same as you had in a earlier post and seeming the RS code it is curbside. I found this picture in the newsletter of the HobbySearch online store. Although I have orders one at a different company the numbers are fairly the same 123639 for Hobby Search and 12363 for my order.
I sure hope Fujimi is able to do other Dino 206's (S, SP, race variants) beyond the Competizione. If it's a curbside, should the chassis be potentially the same? I can't imagine tooling up just the prototype car w/o having other kit possibilities later. At least there's a lot of good photo reference of Jim's car.
New Ferrari GTO/SWB prototype mule #2053GT in 1/43rd by Piranha. Also still available, the Ferrari P4/5 in 1/43rd by YOW. Fisher has said he will be doing more 1/24th resin race car kits soon, adding to the already new "soon to be releases" Ferrari P2 "White Elephant" in 1/24th scale. I think you will like the cars he has picked!!! Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Anyone wishing to purchase kits from AIRTRAX should contact the company at: [email protected] Tapani will email his 1/24th scale resin car model list. They are not cheap, but they make some very rare Italian and European cars. They just finished the Ferrari 250GT and Cabriolet transkit models in 1/24th scale. These two are almost complete kits, but do require donor Ferrari 250 kits. They have some other nice subjects coming later this year!!! Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2010
Nikko is a pattern maker for AITRAX. He did both the 250 Ferrari's in their range. Tapani does the casting, and has also done pattern making for the company. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs/Ferrari Expo 2010
