ATTN: Any Racing Drivers Here?

Anyone on here race? Either it be Ferrari Challenge, NASA stuff, Grand Am, SCCA, anything. Please post here or PM me, I am doing something for a magazine article. I have some questions to ask, you will be quoted obviously and included in the article.

 

We could argue forever about what constitutes a "large series;" if Ferrari Challenge is to be included, the definition seems pretty expansive. Fortunately, large series aside, there are plenty of large egos in racing, and your PM box should quickly fill! Good luck.

Thankfully, they gave full size TROPHIES, and the champagne was the same as Dario Franchitti's...that Ashley is a hottie!

It was VERY good champagne...let me get these from the other computer.....brb....

 

This was a very good day.....Dad had just recently passed away......I started Pole Position..........and strummed the field, after helping design the Track for Newman/Haas. That money became the first Ferrari....

As Lyle Lovett says in his new song, "It Might be all Downhill from Here"....

I actually set the Pole Position the next year, but engine failures set the tone, for the next few events.....as you can see below, once they gave me the microphone and put me on the giant Diamondvision screens, we had fun...Goodyear tire technicians came RUNNING out to say "Our Boss wants to talk to you.....Can you come over to the Trailer??"

That was all such fun......good times.
