The website seems to be just upgraded today. You can see all the cars admitted, especially the Ferrari in the different class..Unfortunately, the Bugatti Atlantic 57 (owned by R. Lauren), which was announced seems to be removed ..

    Planning on going on Sunday.

Can anyone confirm, is there plenty of parking in the town or is it best to arrive very early?

I will one day make it to this show. What a spectacular setting. A local guy, Mark Gessler, will be there with his 1950 Abarth 204 A. Say hello for me!

Please share some photos if you get a chance.

    regards

Maybe the Atlantic isn't in a class and is not being judged?

Kroymans 250 GT Speciale will be a treat even if it does have the wrong color.

Be there VERY early for parking-reasons. Besides, I don't know at what time the Villa Erba opens its gardens, but if you're early, you'll see the cars driving from Villa d'Este to Villa Erba, nice...

    No concorso this year!

Sorry, but I'll marry in september and home needs some serious restaurations...

    Surely in 2010!

With his classic Ferrari collection impounded last week and his business empire collapsed, I think Mr. Kroymans has more urgent things on his mind than this concours, even if he did have access to this 250 (which is unlikely)...

A real shame. I was hoping it would all be sorted out but the news is getting worse every week.

We went last year and had a wonderful time. Anyone going to Europe near the end of April in any future year needs to put this event on their calendar. Early arrival helps with parking. Dress WELL, ask an intelligent question, and you will have no trouble being invited inside the ropes to talk to the owners of the rare and multi-million dollar cars. The informal and laid-back atmosphere among the "old money" owners and their cars is very special and not to be missed by true enthusiasts.

    Regards,

Thanks for the photos. Even a rainy day at Villa d'Este is a good day. :)
