    exactly.

the way it lifts the car is similar to the way it's done at Zagames,

Two posters with our cars being so low is a total pain in the bum

nah...they're crap. putting a ferrari on a two post hoist is hard work, but usually on 4 posters you can't take the wheels off. this hoist is the best of both worlds.

easy to get the car on, and easy to lift to work on wheels/suspension/brakes.

    Lol!! Fair enough mate. :D:D

I swear by 2 posters!! The 4 poster ramps get in the way ALL the time. Trust me, that are crappy and annoying. ;);)

2 posters give you A LOT of room. Its not hard to get the Ferrari up at all. Drive it in, leave the car in neutral, get out, kick the front legs under, roll it back and kick the rear legs under. Place them in the right spot and lift the car. Takes 1 minute. ;);)

I would LOVE to see someone remove the engine out of a V8 Ferrari on a 4 post hoist. ;);)

At best, a hoist for the lazy man for basic oil changes. :D:D

As with any 4 poster, dropping anything 'big' out from underneath is nearly impossible because they are too narrow, because of the wide ramps. :):)

I have seen people drop engines out of 348/355 using a 4 post hoist. They drive the car onto the ramps, but leave the rear wheels hanging over the edge. Then take the hoist up and down etc...to do the job. The car need to be supported under the body as it sits on the ramps. Also, it looks VERY dangerous as it looks like its going to topple backwards off the ramp. :D:D

In my VAST experiences, 2 posts are the way to go for all major repairs. ;);)

On Tuesday went to a mates workshop to drop the gearbox and diff oil in my Commodore ute. He has a 2 post and a 4 post. 2 post had EL Ford with the transmission out. So I used the 4 poster. Just draining the gearbox oil was a mission because I had to use a breaker bar and 3/8 allen head socket to crack the fill and drain plugs. They were VERY tight. The ramps, being so wide with a narrow section in the middle cramped my style and I couldnt get a good swing on it. I got them loose after a few goes. The advantage of a 2 poster is.........you could have had a party under there and still had plenty of room to loosen both plugs on the side of the gearbox! :p:p

Speaking about slow, did you see my post about tony bennett's time? I think he should go back to his S2000 and cheat with non disclosed mods....it seemed to work much better for him.
