Hey guys, some quick advice sought.

Having a large party at my apartment this weekend and have a great playlist set up but thought it'd be nice change of pace to run the songs through a beat matcher / cross fading program ala a virtual DJ. I know very little to nothing about DJing and have very little intention of learning. Hoping there's a [free] program out there that you can recommend that'll let me insert the desired playlist and it'll do the rest.

    Thank you ahead of time!

Virtual DJ has a 20 day demo version. http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html
See if it does what you want.

Downloaded that before (was suggested on download.com)- looks to be a great product- just way to complicated for what I'm looking for.

This (AccuBeatMix) is actually perfect: http://wildbits.com/accubeatmix/ (watch the demo) - but doesn't work as I have a PC and it's only for Macs.

Hmm, from what little I know on the subject, Virtual DJ is regarded as being easier than most of the others.

OK, well I know a little about this subject, and can honestly say there is no such thing as a REAL beat matching program, at least none exist where you do not need some kind of human intervention. On beat matching abilities, I can personally outperform a computer 10 out of 10 times. Crossfades, bpm matching, knowing how the intros are structured is very complicated and computers maybe get it right 20% of the time.

Also, what type of music? Electronic? Hip hop? Rock? Disco? They all require different approaches to mix properly.
