Just got done a week ago. Did damn well but I'm already bored :(
I just got my grades back and I'm convinced that you have to be brain dead to get below a B in business school. I am so glad this semester is over, only 24 credits to go!
It's that time again!!! I just finished my third final and I have two more left, I can't wait for this to be over. I will have graduation ceremonies this week then just three more classes to finish in the spring.
Only had 3 finals this semester....just finished a few days ago, right on time for my birthday Don't have the marks back yet, but I feel satisfied with how they went. Anyone else doing a Marketing Management B.Comm?
I love this thread and its reoccurring consistency! I opted to do some final papers instead of final exams, so two 10 page papers due in two weeks. Plus Managerial accounting and business finance. Shouldn't be too difficult.
you guys are starting early, i've still got a couple of weeks, but i'm only going to have a mock trial in my business law class, and a test in my infosystems class (what a joke, if i study for it, i will honestly be shocked - if we took the final today, and i didn't take it and got a 0, i'd still have a B in the class.)
Had my econ final on friday. Answers were posted on sunday and found out I got a 26/30. Was absolutely gutted. Today grades were officially posted and she gave a 4 point curve. 30/30 I literally must of danced around the room for 10 minutes. I have geography on thursday then accounting next week.
Always nice when it works out that way. I have 2 weeks still they start for me. Biggest problem is the business plan I have barley started.
just got a 96 on my finance exam, i'm opting to take the final early on may first, even if i don't take the final in my finance class now, i'll still wind up with a solid C, which when it comes to any classes dealing with math, i'm fine with. as it stands now, i'm looking at 3 A's and 2 B's as my final grades for the semester, very nice,
Intermediate Microeconomics with a tricky teacher. It's not a bad class, well at least I didn't think so Have geography in the AM looking forward to unleashing some dominance on that one. Hoping for 4 A's 1 A- and a B, will bring my major GPA upto a toasty 3.91
Hah, well, I dropped my Econ 212 after 1 month. I hated it. Teacher had a monotone voice, he looked like Einstein too , and it really put me to sleep. I actually fell asleep one day, woke up near the end of class, about more than 1/2 the class the asleep.
I love econ, I am doing my major in business too and didn't take one econ course this entire year, so disapointed. I have a marketing and operations exam coming up both within the next week, hope I will do well. Wish me luck guys
Good luck Rob.. yeah, I'm definitely the opposite, hate math and business classes, love the history and english classes. I'm more of a hands-on person.
My finals are next week. I have to take CALCULUS aka "Calclueless" (JFC hardest class EVER) by Tuesday and Managerial Accounting by Thursday. I have really busted my ass and made lot of sacrifices this semester, so I'm going to say lots of prayers and cut myself off from world tomorrow - next Thursday. I can get an "F" on my final and still be in good shape for Calc, but I'd like to go out with a bang.
I am jealous of you all. I am going to two colleges right now. I am just taking midterms at both of them. One last week, two today, one next week. Finals are a long time away.
+1!! I am at two colleges right now, as well. I'm at the University, but they didn't have a class I needed, so I had to re-enroll at the community college, from which, I graduated w/my AA 3 years ago! It's weird being back on that campus and I feel like Van Wilder. I didn't think the content was too bad, but the site for HW was really tough and unforgiving. I've had to start doing it here and there over the course of the week stopping when I feel like I'm going to lose it, but this method has allowed for A's. I REALLY struggled with Financial Accounting, but have found Managerial to be far more basic and it just clicks with me. From what I've heard, people struggle a lot with one or the other. I'll be glad when it's over...then on to Summer school!
I am in managerial accounting right now and I hate it. I dominated financial accounting (made a 104 w/ class average of 51) but I just hate managerial, the whole thing seems so pointless and unrelated. Having said that I made an A on the first two tests but this next test is over 8 chapters with one being the stuff on cost centers and decentralized operations with absorption and variable costing which I have no idea about.
hahaha i just wrote an exam ( case method ) that I had to do all type of costing and apply it to a real case... had to apply knowledge of decentralization, full absorption costing and variable costing, analyze the environment, KSF, and what not glad it's all over !
I earned a "B" on my CUMULATIVE Calculus final. Needless to say, I'm on top of the world right now. Managerial Accounting tonight...
2 finals next tuesday, 1 on thursday, 1 on friday and then 1 the next monday. I feel pretty good about most of them
Finished Microeconomics today and have Managerial Accounting tomorrow. Next week I have intro to documentary, Management in a Global Environment, and Business Applications of the Computer, and am then done on Tuesday.
