I don't know of any car related events, but there's a great sushi place, Shari, that has a happy hour on Sundays 5-7. It's located downtown on the corner of Summerlin and Central. If that's not your thing, the place next door, HUE, has a good ambiance and amazing cuisine. Also, I haven't been in a while, but House of Blues used to be a lot of fun on Sunday nights if you're into the party scene.
Hahaha...I'm not even a big seafood person, but oddly enough, I got into sushi a few months ago and that has become one of my favorite spots. LMK if you and Ina Ruth want to go sometime!
