Don't think Ontario would let you get this......its incredible how much people pay for plates over here....Cheers Image Unavailable, Please Login
Interesting shot Scott. I know some crazy Arab guy in UAE bought a "1" vanity plate for $14 million. With that kind of a dough, I'd rather buy a nice house or 10 rare exotic collection than a frickin stupid plate.
Yah, there is no shortage of money over brains here.....I think the record here in London was 140k sterling for a 007 license plate. Here is an example. http://www.newreg.co.uk/search/sections/0/0/cat_search/none/none/car_related/1/index.html
Yea the car looked and sounded great. I was right behind you guys until you turned from Dundas onto College I was the freak in the GTI who honked and kept going straight along Dundas!
I remember - I heard a honk and looked over - couldn't figure out who you were honking at - took forever to get home with all the traffic saturday.
Yesterday's sightings: 355 Berlinetta (Nero! I couldn't get any shots of it, though, unfortunately. Maybe next time...) 355 Spider 360 Modena 360 Spider 430 Spider 599 GTB Fiorano Testarossa Gran Sport Spider Murcielago Gallardo Elise V8 Vantage 996 GT2 SLR McLaren Continental GTC Speed Drophead Coupe 2010 Mustang GT Convertible Pictures coming soon...
Not really. It was Saturday, the weather was great, and, well, this is Yorkville we're talking about, so... When I arrived, the 355 Spider, 360 Spider and 430 Spider were (more or less) parked bumper to bumper, for example. The orange Murcielago was parked at the Hazelton at the same time. Oh, and I forgot to mention the two T-Rex's, as well. Anyway, here's one quick photo for now: Image Unavailable, Please Login
2 T-Rex's.............? Was a girl driving one of them (grey body panels) Very rare as there are only 2 I know of in Ontario
I have seen a blue T-REX around the GTA. I also see the Red "G-2" (TREX replica) which is a rental from GTA exotics. I think you can rent it for $250 for the weekend.........very tempting.
Spent alot of time in a T-Rex, the fun factor wears off after about 20 mins...brutal in traffic, good for the track.
A guy was driving it. It was blue w/ custom wheels and had QC plates. Is there a silver one around, as well? I seem to recall seeing one a while ago... Now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure the red one was a replica. I didn't get a very good look at it as it drove by quickly, but the roof did look a little 'off'.
Please explain more.......I am seriously considering renting for a weekend, and possibly buying a used one. How does it handle? Why does the fun factor wear off? (I have lots of motorcycle and karting experience, so I would be used to the speed and cornering).
