    Are there any members in the north illinois area that get together on occassion to meet and discuss? Went to something at Continental Motors this weekend but it was not what I expected.

    Check out the Chicago section. There are two active Ferrari clubs, along with a Lambo club. We have something going just about every weekend this summer. Starting Sat May 2 with the First Supercar Weekend show in Glenview. Look me up and I'll intro you to the various clubs. I hope to have my Daytona replicar showing there.

    The Supercar Saturday thread is just above your post in the Chicago section. In my group so far, I have 12 lambos and 12 Ferraris, 10 Porsches and 14 Miscellaneous. There are many more that registered. This is just my group that will be caravanning to Glenview on Saturday.

    Thanks fso much for the welcome :) and I look forward to meeting this weekend. Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop in the area both for those "nervous" beginner checks and a place for any of the work that I wouldn't tackle on my own? I plan to learn to do as much as I can myself but... I've talked to John at Fox Valley Motors and emailed Brad at Euroquipe in St. Charles. I'd like to get to know someone/place for when the need arises? I live in the Barrington area in the NW burbs.
