Follow the Porsche boys, they know the roads well and they dont get robbed or attacked. Porsche crowd are percieved as a tougher bunch and they stand together if one is in need.

Forgive me for my ignorance but, isn't there a possible risk of gangs robbing the convoy?
Or are they deterred due to the size of the convoy? Or because they're locals? Like after that incident where some gang robbed a member of a convoy, (hypothetically, if i had an exotic) I'll be pretty afraid of going for drives alone. Especially in deserted or isolated parts of the highway network.

I'm actually surprise that one "old bird" is not the M-club president.

When you grow up, little news like this shouldn't put you off doing something you want to do. The difference between a follower & leader is who took the first step. Too much worry & you might as well watch TV @ home, you're not alone ;)

In short, don't worry. Just do it ;)

Do you guys know what happened to the personalised plates? LTA approved it more than a year ago & nothing further has been announced since then.

This is not an advertising but anyone who has a scuderia may want to buy my 18KWG GP Foudroyante Chrono, Scuderia LE of 150pcs. Black dial. if not I'll pass it to dealer to sell :) Think it fits a Scud owner better, this watch came out during the F360 days.

The Brudderhood is different as its opens to all cars. I am talking about another Ferrari only club where you are the President :) Actually, zero cost membership is very do able. Its like pay as you play type club. What you think?

Given there is already a Ferrari Club, I think a club open to all exotics makes better sense and more likely ensures a membership who share a common passion for their cars, driving them & enjoying them; rather than being seen in them .... and you having owned more exotics than anyone else on this board it would seem clear who should be our esteemed leader :D

The brudderhood already exists so nothing needs to be done there.

I am talking about U helping us helpless Ferrari owners who are unable to pay the high membership fee (coz of both property and banking stock prices :D) . "Help us Obiwan Kanobi, You are our only hope!" :)

Alright, this is somewhat of a rant but, earlier today, at Bras Basah Road, towards Raffles Boulevard, there was this kitted Gallardo Spyder.

Wow i thought as my dad pulled up one lane to the right of it. It was at the lights.

And there the driver goes, winding down the window to flick a ciggy butt out the window and that got me quite annoyed and thinking.

Why'd he have to do that for? Like (I'm not too sure about this but do they have ash trays in the Gallardo?) why did he have to flick the butt out of the car. Couldn't he have just waited to get to where ever he was going to dispose of it properly? Sure, lit embers do not mix with all that alcantara in the car but as far as i know, he'll have the filter bit to hang on to.
All my respect for him owning a Gallardo, gone with just one flick of his fingers. Even with him revving fairly hard off the lights couldn't make me get over his irresponsible act. Frankly he's a shame to Lamborghini drivers out there.

If the driver of a White, kitted Gallardo Spyder is here, please please please don't do that again. The awe I held for you just disappeared as fast as you accelerated off the lights. Do the responsible thing and use a bin next time. And not considering the fact that you're smoking, which literally and figuratively, stinks.

Don't take this badly,as a younger person is lecturing an older person, but take it as a lesson learnt from the perspective of others. What others think of you, that to me, is more important.
Like my good ol' dad used to tell me, "You can learn from everybody, even fools."

On a lighter note, just minutes after that, a White Gallardo Superleggera roared down the Supreme Court side of the Padang. If the driver's here as well, thanks for the aural pleasure!

Erm.. Hello.. this is for the smokers united.. no offences though..

i mean i dont see any wrongdoings in flicking butts out of a car..

Finish the cigarette and flicked it out.. thats the steps..

be it a corolla, gallardo or a rolls..

Thats a unwritten rule for smokers all around..

Please do not be so affected by it..

    Cheers

p.s Cops.. please do not track me down.. ^^V
