    Russian SWAT are all about shoot first, ask questions later. Though their tactics differ greatly from American SWAT teams "would you like a glass of water before the negotiator gets here" The article did not point out that the bank robbers shot somebody during their bank robbery. I happened to find that out with other copies of the video on YouTube. The whole time I was wondering though, did they not get a clue when there was no money and handguns in the Porsche? Maybe a training memo should be passed along to Moscow OMOH.

    Though, I have no doubt, that in certain parts of America, the same exact instance would occur, if not, worse!,,,, say,,,, if American police were looking for a few guys that killed one or more of their fellow "brothers". American police would make that scenario personal.

    What problem?)) I was 2 times in such situations and much times in more interesting situations with our cops)) . And guys in first cay turbo magnum, i think, too)) . They don't worry about this situation at all.
