Well, it took me almost a whole week but i have finally gone through all 176 pages of this thread. Its a great thread, loads on nice cars and great garages, i've gotten lots of ideas for my own. At present i dont own an F-car, but i will own several in the future, for now my viper will have to sit on a raw concrete floor...although i have finished the walls and ceiling (ceiling white, walls lambo yellow and grey). if i wasnt moving soon the floor would be next...i guess i'll probably have to start over on my next garage.

Yep, roller doors are tough. But from the look of your pictures you either have panel lift sectional doors or solid tilt doors. Tilt doors are easy to seal as you have a single one piece door to fit into a hole.

Can you post a pic of your door and tracks as this would be interesting to everyone to solve.

Hi Rob, they are sectional panel doors. I have tried everything I can think of without a result. I will take some pics and post tomorrow :)

Thanks for the link; but I don't think it would work with my doors due to the way that they operate.

Wow, I have looked at every single page of this thread. All I have to say is that I am both imazed and inspired. I have a lot of work to do before I grow up.

Several years ago I hopped on a plane and flew to Calgary, Alberta to tour the most fantastic garage that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was absolutely overwhelming to tour Ralph Falvo's garage, which contains a gas station, two soda fountains and a general store. Here are a few pics of his garage and a link to his website: http://TwitPWR.com/eiq/

High-end collectors don't always do the hunting themselves... they have friends and connections who are always on the lookout for a great find.
