Can anyone tell me the total amount 430 Scuderia coupe build in total, thanks Danny
This is not official, this is the information I gathered through dealers across U.S. when I was looking for one. Expected production numbers for U.S. and Canada: 380. 290 2008 models and 90 2009 models. This was before Ferrari notified the U.S. dealers of reduced allocations at the end of 2008 due to the economy, so expect a lower number of 2009. Production ends in July 2009. We may see a new Scuderia/Stradale at the end of the production cycle of the new F450/F500 (5 years from now) These numbers only apply to the F430 Scuderia. No idea on the Scuderia Spyder (aka 16M) numbers for U.S. Somebody posted here that by March of 2009, there were 314 cars already delivered in U.S., obviously that includes 2008 and 2009 models. If the information is correct, I doubt we can reach the 380 number, because that would require selling 20 Scuderias a month until production ends, and the economy is not helping FNA to sell cars as usual.
ok then how many regular f430,s were build world wide need to know about how many build, thanks Danny
Coupes and spiders total would be close to 15K-18K. Both are still be produced until the end of July.
USA allocations are roughly 30% of the total production, so I would have to say the final number of scud coupes produced would have to be lower than 1500. Probably 1000-1250 if you believe 380 cars for US and Canada in '08 + '09 is a high estimate.
I was reading the 360 Challenge Stradale Tribute Thread (Great Thread, a must read !!!). It reports that 1,280 360 CS were built worldwide with 380 headed to North America. Too much coincidence with the Scuderia numbers I found on my own. So it seems that Ferrari may have allocated as many Scuderias for U.S. as Stradales back in 2004. The big difference is that 5 years ago the economy was pretty strong, and today it is not only weaker, but they also built the Scuderia Spyder (16M). I know Ferrari reduced the allocations for North America at the end of 2008 due to economy conditions. I won't be surprised if less than 1,280 Scuderias are built worldwide and less than 380 make it to U.S. and Canada.
very Good, thanks for the Info. I,am selling some Carbon Fiber parts for F430 coupe if anyone intrested, I have the factory steering wheel with red stitch ,factory door sill with Ferrari logo it , complete engine compartment panels, air box, and the rear engine lid side air grills, email me [email protected], thanks again, Danny
Scuderia is still being produced and will be for quite some time. Every second car at the line is a scud atm. There will be way more scuds then Cs´s.
I think that there will end up being circa 3K scuds compared to the CS numbers, it was much easier to get a new scud from a dealer than a CS even before our economy belly landed. You can walk off the street now and order a scud and they'll build you one. Plus you can buy a nearly new one for 50K less than a new one.
250 2008 Scuderia in U.S. is a confirmed number by FNA. Based on my gathering, using sales numbers in 2009, the percentage of F430 for the 2009 North America sales, and pro-rating to the 09 Spider, 09 F430, 09 16M and 09 Scuderia I have captured in my spreadsheet for sale in the last 4 years, my estimate is that there were around 350 U.S. Scuderias. However, there are always more 2008 than 2009 for sale, so the 350 number for 09 might be a little higher than actual. It is not a special car, given a population of around 600 cars, but it is an amazing car, and undervalued in the current market. Best car for the money in this brand.
UK Scud production recorded at 165 cars. UK is on average 9-11% of Ferrari production. This figure holds true for CS production (118 put of 1288 total) as well as overall annual Ferrari production figures which are released to the press. Total Scud production is well under 2000 cars (excluding 16M).
Well that sounds more reasonable. Definitely not 600 cars like mentioned earlier. And does anyone know W H Y Ferrari will not disclose the actual (verified) production # on Scuds! What's the big F'n secret all about??
