    Has anyone from the US ever done a factory pick-up of a new car in Maranello? If so, how does that work? (How to arrange, how long can you drive it in Europe, doe they provide temp license & insurance, do you take it back to the factory for shipping, etc). Thanks!

    Yes

    Ask your dealer (don't be surprised if the dealer tells you it can't be done)

    I believe one year or less

    Yes on temp license (after you do some hoops), liability insurance only (at an outrageous price, you want to arrange your own instead)

    Sort of-- you actually take it to the warehouse in Bologna where the factory ships all their cars from.
