    Hi Miuras,
#2308 looks fantastic! Thi silver-blue ("Blue-Pervinca") is IMO the best color for a Ghibli next to black and light-green.

Can you disclose the history of your car here?

    Ciao!
    Walter

Absolutely WOW! That is beautiful, one of the pretiest 2 or 3 Ghibli's I've seen. Ghibli's are one of the pretiest cars ever made in my opinion.

How's the handling compare to the Miura? I've driven a couple Ghibli's but was disapointed with the handling. I attributed that to the cars having sat too long and not really "fresh", and have always wondered what a fresh one is to drive. Would love to have one some day, assuming they don't handle like the one's I've driven.

Nice to see Pervenica on higher quality pictures. My uncle's 49.1432 came from the factory in Pervenica with white interior and over the years was redone in gray/red by a previous owner. I hope I'll be able to convince him someday to restore it to the original condition.

Unfortunately the car is located in Austria, otherwise I'd be up for a cruise anytime ;)

Great thread Miuras.......I own 1020.....Which is smack in the middle of a down to frame resto......matter of fact she's at the media blaster right now.

If you'd like to see her all apart come on over whenever you like, she resides in Huntington Beach. Its a great way to get familiar with any parts or systems. Are you Southern, Central, Northern?

I'm out of the country at the moment otherwise I'd post a few pic's. I'll be sure to do so as soon as I get back.

Here are some more Ghiblis Saturday a week ago. Unfortunately for the owner of the pretty light blue car this is not California but Charade in central France, the highest circuit in Europe and one of the prettiest in the world, even though it has been shortened it still retains its character, like the new Spa, unlike the new Nurburgring.

No chassis numbers as they are touchy about privacy and I was a guest of the French club so did not want to press my luck.

    best regards,

    Marc
