FOC's Cruise Night in West Chicago - CANCELLED!

On Tuesday, May 26 we will have our annual cruise night event at Augustino's in West Chicago: The show is from 5pm to 9pm, but rather informal, so you can arrive later or leave earlier. As usual Kerry will pick his koolest kars awards. Anybody with a Ferrari can participate. Heck you can even come if you don't have a Ferrari.

Damn! I miss this thing every dang year! I might have a conflict once again, but I'll let you know.

 

I missed it last year, but am planning on being there this year.

 

That means I should go. I've been to Augustino’s exactly twice (once for Cruise Night, once not), and both times, I've seen Gerry's car there.

 

I should be able to make it this year as well.

 

This event is a great opportunity for newbies to make some friends and even drive home with a trophy: Kerry has a soft spot for those who haven't filled their trophy cabinets to the gill.

While lightning still can strike twice, Kerry normally offers his 5 "Koolest Karz" trophies to the newbies. Looking at the list above, only Gerry never had to give an acceptance speech to the Academy so far.

And remember: This event is open to anybody with a Ferrari. FOC membership is not required. I won't even pester you with a sign-up sheet.

Also of course any guests are welcome. This is a burger joint after all. Very cool one though.

Idk for sure yet, but I'm going to try to get out of a gig.

 

Unfortuantely I'm going to have to miss this one. Enjoyed last years but currently have some car issues that won't be resolved until the first part of June.

 

Aw man, do you think you can make Supercar Saturday on the 6th?

Sorry Sparky. You caught me. Believe it or not, long long ago. In a galaxy far far away. I used to teach high school english, and lit. We all have pet peeves. Mine are probably worse than yours. It serves me right for typing posts later at night. While working on my kids homework project at the same time.
