I can't belive nobody in the States sells these! I looked at that F40 "Competizione" a little more, seems to be a LM for sure! Would go great with my ordered 1:18 F40 "Light Weight" and the 1:12 F40 "Light Weight" that is sitting on my shelf!

Ryan. That eBay search (see second page) pulled up another of those yellow F40 Competizione's - going cheap. No red one though.

Here's one listed on Yahoo Japan Auctions - currently at ¥13,600 Yen. That's about $125 US. Crazy prices for a 1:64 model !!

I'd like a red one, I'm gonna search Ebay this weekend when I have some time. I'm AMAZED by the detail in these tiny gems.

You'll probably have more luck on Yahoo Japan Auctions, Ryan - Seriously. ;)

Try this search - on 'Ferrari (Japanese characters) F40 Competizione':

http://search.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/search?p=%a5%d5%a5%a7%a5%e9%a1%bc%a5%ea+f40++Competizione&f=0x2&alocale=0jp&mode=2&auccat=0&apg=1 .... it brings up a couple of them (plus a few more in yellow and black).
Wait till you see one 'in the metal'. :)

Just ran that same search again ....

Current listings include almost the full set of the original 'DyDo Demitasse' promo (vintage) F1's in unbuilt 'semi-assembled kit' form. :)

I guess someone who's read through this thread may have noticed one of these (complete with display stand) on eBay last month. ;)

    See: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170322920989

First time I'd actually seen a DyDo Demitasse 'promo' Kyosho 1:64 P4 on eBay.

Went for an amazing $132.10 (+ $32 shipping) !!

These are really nice, but $132.10 is crazy. I think the 1/100th ones are even more amazing.

I really like these. Incredible detail. My question is, it seems they are all in Japan or Asia. Should I pay for shipping across the country or wait untill they filter into the States? And what is a good price to pay for these?

    Thanks alot!

These wont be sold over here in the US unless Minichamps works on getting them here. They are the main distributor for Kyosho in the US.

Also shipping is not bad on these at 5 or 6 bucks, and they are well worth it. I just picked up the White 333sp, 250 GTO and 360 CS in black..oh and a 575 GTC test car in black.

The other thing about them that I like is that once they are sold out they are done with the car.

Is Ebay the only real place to find them? I'd assume so?

Yeh so far its been the best selection and had the best prices.
Well that I could find anyway.

I agree though it would be nice to see these Kyosho's land here in the states.

Search the F1's, there are a few good deals on some of them right now... These are really nice 1:64's.

I have a stack of these and they are great. The finish and the detail is amazing on something so small.
