What would be a resale value diff. between 6 speed and F1 360 2003 Spyder all else being equal ?
Should one include tensioner bearings and water pump rebuild on a 7800 mile 03 360 with belt service, never tracked or driven hard ?

    tks,

Selling price about the same amount and the other stuff doesn't seem to influence on the price but maybe on desirability.

F1 is more expensive on a new car, but 6-speed is more rare and preferred by some, so on a used car the F1 doesn't necessarily command a higher price all other things being equal.

depends where the car is coming from
When I replaced my belts on my 02 after 5 years around 5500mi the originals were not stretched they were in perfect condition. But that was a Southern Cal car. Mine would have lasted well over the suggested 15Kmi service.
If the one you are looking at is from MO or anywhere in the vicinity (freezing cold and warm climate) at 15K mi you will have to do the belts and check the tensioners.
As for the water pump it's a matter of luck but rule of thumb they should hold up for a long time.
F1 vs 3 pedals it makes no difference on resale, 3 pedal cars are just as desirable, intact I personally would not buy a 360 with a F1.
If you choose to go with a F1 one of the concerns on you check list should be how much clutch life is left on a 7800mi car.
Thats my 2 cents worth hope it helps

It depends because anyone can do a clutch change on a manual shifter or any independent shop.

No clutch job on a 360f1 will ever be close to $10K not even $7K but, a manual shifter is about $5,500 more or less. Belt changes alone are less than two thousand dollars, is the major service with belts included that will be around $6K, I never had to do a major on my ex 360 so that figure is an "educated" guess.

The major belt service runs $5,500 done right with all the bells and whistles.

I have an F-1 which I love. Got 48,000 miles on the original OEM factory clutch with plenty of clutch still left. So I don't know why so many folk have to change clutches at 6,000 miles. Just warm up your car before driving hard and get a good mechanic to do the electronic set up (PIS) right. Shift as you would do with a 6-speed and your clutch should last at least 35,000 miles. Oh and try to drive the car at least every other day! It actually helps keep you out of the shop.
