Is it just me, or does the most interesting man in the world look a little like Tommy Chong?

Man, the Sackey drama isn't worth .50!

I can see where Joe has a high opinion of himself. But he's also contributed a lot of information on this board, especially in the 288GTO thread.

I didn't sign up here to read all the name-calling. Evidently, "everything will be clear on 8 June."

Well, I doubt it, but I'm not visiting this thread again until then. In the meantime, I hope that all the name-calling has worn itself out. It certainly has me.

You're right! I incorrectly read Michael Sheehan's article about the car popping up for sale in Japan.

OK, I know the full inside story.

What happend was, all the other people on this forum that are in the 'know' (Drug dealers, Tax Evaders, Doctors ect...) all chipped in and bought a crowbar, stole this F50, and did the whole 'if it is on show it is legit' act. They then had enough and tried to sell the car, Joe Sackey refused to sell the car so he is a meanie. The car then was zapped up by aliens from another planet, so all these in the know guys got their mates in the FBI to call their mates at MIB (Men in Black ofcourse) to chase after these aliens, a massive dog fight ensued over the galactic highways, fortunatly resulting in the MIB getting the car back safe. They landed somewhere behind McDonalds in Lexington cause it is not 24 hour nobody goes there at night except doggers, and who would belive them, how would they explain they are there anyway. I digress, back on topic, once back in McDonalds carpark and unloaded from the spacecraft, Agent Will Smith took it for a spin out on the road, crashing it.

So, it wasnt that out of the ordinary, infact not worth 15 pages of FChat.

Sorry to blow your covers guys, but the people spoke, and they wanted to know, it is a democracy afterall...

naturally - but then that's a high standard, rooted in self-loathing and inadequacy

Correct, stolen in Como. And this was after it was recovered from the first theft from Mugello in 1998 !
Last rumour had this car in Japan ??
