A cheap 308 that would see Track days, Auto-x's, and get thrown around the street a little. Definitely want a GTB. Interior/exterior condition not much of a concern, nor is originality as I will be "adding by deletion". Really something as far from a garage queen as possible. A Weber car is preferred, but an "I" or "QV" would still work but I would have to factor the cost for a Weber swap. A "QV" with Webers would be real fun!

Not in a rush at this point at all. This car just caught my eye as it was more or less along the lines of what I was looking for and fit around the budget I have for the car itself, leaving some money in the kitty for the odds and ends and perhaps some goodies. I was slightly turned off by the mileage on this car (if true). I mean I don't want something with 120k or anything but the fact that the car had that little miles more than likely meant more $$$ spent on getting all the little bits to work the way I need them to for what I will be doing with the car.

I was this one was running and was a GTB.

No way to check the mileage on that car. Euro model, but has had the speedo changed. No paperwork. But if the price remains low......

I hope the new owner of the black GTB will let us all know what he bought. Seemed like a good deal, even if it needed maintenance.

I happen to know the new owner of the GTB and will leave it to him to make himself known on the forum if he chooses. Having spoken to him and seen extensive photos of the car it appears like a complete running car with no real records. A great car for somone who likes to tinker and can do their own work and a nightmare for someone who is afraid of a wrench. This is definatly not a get in and drive car and the price reflects it. Regardless I think that it was a good buy especially for someone who wants a Euro car with the dry sump engine.
