Whats the story with this 93 348 TS SS?

Ive seen it on ebay for the longest time, just wondering why it hasnt sold? Does anyone know this cars history?

What I know is what Matt told me and he knows more about it. I think Matt's brother actually saw it. It's kind of a heavily used car owned by a race team owner/driver. It has 2 sets of wheels and Matt mentioned that there was some corrosion on the metal at the leading edge of the trunk and bumper metal. It's supposedly a bit rough, but runs well.

This 348ts SS is now for sale in North Carolina. Anyone have direct knowledge of the car ("direct" as in the opposite of "2nd-hand")?
