    Who is in the Ft. Myers area to take care of my 1979 308 GTS (carb). Tim Stafford has been taking care of it for several years now and I need someone like him. Anything out there in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, or Naples for service - minor stuff only, everything else is good to go?

    Maybe you should ask Tim for a referral since you are moving. He cannot take offense to that.

    I was there today and told him I was moving, he didn't offer anything but I will see him again soon and ask directly.

    I value the opinions of the other owners here on the board so I was just throwing it out there to see what comes back.

    Your probably taking about mechanical maintenance...But if you need any detailing service, let me know. Im in the Port Charlotte area...I detailed exotics in Pittsburgh Pa for 10 years.

    hey, cape coral aint that bad.... If you had some extra money i would buy a house and rent it out for 4-5 years then sell it when the market goes back up a bit.

    Eric at Formula 1 in Naples. They can actually repair things where many techs today can only replace things.

    depending on what you want to get done, tim is about 2 hours from the Cape.
    and sarasota is closer than tim, but farther than naples, but not by much.
