So, the LM in the smaller picture next to the one of Murray, with some of the body work removed... is that one of the infamous "black with markings" LM vehicles that made their way to Brunei? Paint scheme sure looks similar to the sketches I've seen of it (which are all I've ever seen of it).

Any photos of the silver/ greenish car that used to be in Singapore and is now in NZ wearing the HDF kit?

Chassis #018. Going from memory, i think it was originally new to Japan then went to Germany, then Singapore and now its in Australia. Originally blue. Now its 1 of only 2 road cars that have been fitted with an "LM Spec" engine (the other car being 073, owned by Don Wallace in Florida). Both of these cars have the cooling lovres above the front wheels, the only 2 F1's to be fitted with that. Its also one of my favourite F1's

A few more pics and another of it when it was blue

Hi Chris, I think that car is NZ. I think there is only one F1 in Australia. That said, I'm happy to stand corrected!

    Cheers!

    Hi

The original NZ Car is not in NZ any more.. it was XP4..had been painted blue from a green I think. It was one of the early experimental prototypes.
It got sold to an american awhile ago..4 or 5years I think.
There is a new one in NZ now..a silver color..not sure of chassis details..far as i know thats the only one in NZ.

    Cheers

You are correct. I knew it was Australia or NZ. The car in Australia is 009

(not that I can afford one) but I'm torn - not sure whether I like the high mirrors or the low mounted ones more...

The blue car is stunning though.
