I've only heard that he's been hospitalized. He apparently went into cardiac arrest and was rushed to UCLA

I know there are two other threads started regarding this. One in silver about his coma and one with a non informative title. Maybe the mods can merge these.

I also know that some will think this is a great time to joke about his personal life, of which I know nothing about. If that's what you want to do more power to you. I'm going to start this thread a little more respectful regarding his career. He was a legend in the music industry and that if he could have kept it together he had a lot more to offer the industry. I hope the personal allegations are false and that he rests in peace. His music was innovative and powerful.

I will fully admit to being an ardent fan of Thriller - LOVED that
album and MJ was truly at his peak then.

So all other stuff aside, RIP - I think he was looking for a way out of all the stuff
that made his life the hell I'm sure it was for him.

Guy was a freak and maybe a child molester and i was never a fan but it's still sad.

He's the most extreme case of fame turning a child into a monster/freak.

When you look back to the Jackson 5 days and early solo songs he was so clean cut and genuine.

    It's a shame.

    RIP

CNN footage of ambulance arriving at his house showed a tour bus in front as they were putting him in.

    So strange.

Prob the biggest MJ fan ever when I was young...

I was in the gym...came out to my car, and there were tons of texts from my friends
saying MJ had died...i couldnt believe it.

It really hit me when I heard his songs being played on the radio

I hope everyone prayers are with his family...today is a very sad day
