I know my many postings make me look needy...in this area I am....What I am seeking is a good once a day multi and NO more than 3 other supplements...cheap is good. Please be brand and dosage specific.

For my multi, I take GNC Mega Men. I also take GNC triple strength fish oil. And after working out I take GNC's amplified creatine.

GNC con you into buying all their stuff...lol, just kidding.

I tak a multi-vitamin (mix them up, but Mens-One-A-Day), and Salmon Oil (Natures Bounty), and protein powder (mix it up Syntha-6, Champion Nutrition, Muscle Milk).

If you don't get a lot of sun and/or use sunscreen religiously, I'd absolutely consider a Vit. D supplement. (You can have a level checked if you want to know.)

If for some reason you take acid reducers all the time, some supplemental Vit. B12 might be a consideration as well.

Both of the above would be above/beyond what any multi likely contains.

Lol, no I just like getting 20% off the first week of every month. I forgot to add, I use MyoFusion vanilla protein (best tasting to me) and Controlled Labs Purple Wraath during my workout.

20% off a product that is marked up 60%...

Anyways I've taken a ton of stuff over the past year and I found that I made my best gains taking NOTHING except glutamine and protein. Creatine, I find, does nothing but makes me extremely bloated. Arginine just increases vascularity. NO-boosters are a big waste of money as the second your body builds a tolerance towards caffeine, they stop working. I'm still a big fan of the EC stack, however.

In terms of vitamins, however, I take a multi (1-a-day), flaxseed oil, fish oil, and vitamin E.

I've noticed strength and recovery gains on creatine, but I retain water as well, so it's a trade-off.
