Wow! they lowered the price finally. Its a great car overall. There was another thread here about it... Do a little digging. Couple of small things wrong, but nothing overall.

    Andrew.....

I've bought half a dozen Porsches from PP over the last few years.

Probably 90% of their used cars are there on consignment.

I have found them most accommodating in terms of doing deals, helping me get PPI's done.......etc. No title issues, no lein issues, no undisclosed repairs....etc.....no complaints whatsoever........and a knowledgeable staff.........I deal with Ryan Vanderwel who is now the GSM, knew him when he was just a salesman.

The dealer is great IMHO, just know what you are buying, like anything else.

YOU guys should JUST call me first on anything...LOOK CLOSER at the pics. Pics of the car in FRONT of my shop, as IT WAS my car at one time, I ALSO owned this 86 Triple white car...I sold it to GUS in Chicago, who currently still owns it and has it on consigment with them...AND yes I can get the car for a better price for you

Yes, after 1 year on their showroom floor, they finally dropped the price. Now its only about $30,000.00 over priced instead of $50,000.00. hahahaa...

The car has a Pantera Fiberglass Wing, not the OEM Aluminum Countach wing. It does not have the tool kit, nor the spare tire.

It does have the "Wil de Groot" A/C conversion. Blows really cold air. But, no room in the front trunk now, due to the larger size condenser mounted in there.

I spoke to Roy and had a good conversation then spoke with Kevin who is going to see what my car is worth. If all things go well I will most likely get the car below. They had good things to say about it, anyone else have any opinions? Thanks again everyone!

Looks nice but I'd really make sure you know what you're buying because the seller doesn't seem to know the difference between
euro cars and fuel injected cars. How could it be rebuilt to "euro carb specs" if it doesn't even have carbs?
Just make sure you get as much info as you can and ask a lot of questions.

Furthermore it has non correct 88,5 side skirts and the ugly US bumpers.

Be aware that the injected cars had other pistons and cams, I think that is what Evans changed on this car.

Some people selling these cars, do not know enough about what they are offering for sale.

A few pics, copying other sellers information, and a brief description is hardly enough information.

Learn what you can about these cars.

As a rule, check the condition of the clutch on all of these cars.

To ron sussers defense, he knows about the car and knows the seller personally which is why he is selling this car for him. I talked with Roy about this car when it was at his shop and I talked with Ron when it popped up on his site. Both of them were very knowledgeable and very detailed.

I believe what the sell is trying to say is that when Evans rebuilt the engine they used eurospec components such as eurospec pistons, cams and headers.
These components are different than the FI engine components and do make a difference in the engine performance. However yes the car is still FI.

After re-reading it I figured that was what was implied. I think it should be worded much better.
Sounds like a lot of info passing behind the scenes so no matter I guess. Hope it works out.
I would think it would perform pretty nice with "those" changes.

Yes, you replace them with the original ones. Very hard to find original stock rockers. I have a friend who just located a set and put them back on his 84 car.

    Huh?

The susser car isn't quite as nice in my opinion. Interior isn't as clean and I'm not a fan of that front bumper really. The side skirts kill me...
