They are magnesium sand-cast Campagnolos, of the same design used on the Lancia Stratos Group 4 Rally cars of the same era. Some people have taken to referring to them as 'coffin-spoke' wheels in obvious reference to the design of their spokes.

Very nice Marcello, and thanks again for sharing. Yes, GTO 8 Y does have French history as evidenced by its yellow driving lamps, and in fact it is the ex-Jean-Jacques Setton GTO, formerly registered 637 RL 78 in France.
